As a Narrative and Content Strategist at IBM, it is my job to lead the content strategy at events. I craft the narrative, speaking sessions, and all physical and digital content elements. I have shared below some of the work I did for my last event, Microsoft Ignite.

As a Narrative and Content Strategist, I develop cohesive, audience-centered narratives that bring IBM’s brand, vision, and technology stories to life across large-scale experiences and campaigns. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and user experience — translating complex ideas into clear, compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. Each narrative is shaped through cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, in-depth research, and a deep understanding of IBM’s evolving business and brand story.

Social Media Manager

I’ve managed the Instagram account for Sweet Jeans Kitchen & Espresso since its doors opened in March 2025. I lead the full content flow — from strategy and insights to shooting photos, filming videos, editing reels, and bringing the brand’s story to life on social. Communications Lead

On my previous team at IBM, I was the communications lead and was responsible for writing weekly Slacks and quarterly blogs. I would update our users about the progress of the Content and Experience Hub, including new features and content and upcoming capabilities and content.
